New from Mooney Controls, the FlowMax® regulator offers bubble tight shut-off at all pressure drops and full capacity at very low differentials, while incorporating many of the same maintenance and performance features for which the FlowGrid® is renowned.
Sizes Available: Available in 2", 3", 4" and 6" sizes ANSI CL 125 FF & 150 RF with FLANGED & NPT end connections.
Pressures: One pressure rating of 250 psi, with outlet pressures from 5 i.w.c to 248 psi.
Applications: Ideal for district regulator stations, industrial & commercial services, and boiler / burner applications when compact size and large flows are required.

Ease of Maintenance
Top Entry Design: Simply remove two - four bolts (depending on the size) and the entire FlowMax® actuator can be removed allowing access to all internal valve parts without removing the valve body from the pipeline. An internal cage firmly holds the seat in place allowing the seat to be remove without tools.
Reversible Seat: In high wear applications the seat can easily be removed and reversed, doubling the life of the part saving time and money in maintenance costs.
Components you familiar with: The FlowMax® regulator uses the same filter and Series 20 pilots you've grown to trust since their introduction. The removable cartridge contains the main control components, permitting quick repair and / or replacement.
Lightweight and Compact: At half the weight of competitive products, the FlowMax® offers a compact footprint to match. The 2" actuator and pilot weigh only 16 lbs. when removed for maintenance.
